Do you offer support after the launch of my website?
Yes, we offer lifetime support. You will be able to change modify or add anything to your website yourself thru the administration (CMS) that we will build for you. We are happy to answer any questions or fix something that breaks. However, large scale design or development updates are billed at an hourly rate.
Do I have to host my website with you?
We do not need you to host the website with us. We do provide hosting for our customers but it does not means you are obligated to host with us. We currently offer Free Cloud Hosting with Premium Maintenance Plan. In addition to all of the features included in the Basic plan, this plan will offer monthly updates for your website, such as updating articles, images, and minor changes to the site pages.
Can you make me a logo?
We do Logo Design, business card design, flyer design, brochure design, stationary, banners and much more as we help you build your brand. Your logo is a visual cornerstone of a company’s brand. It is one of the main things that makes your business memorable.
Are your websites SEO friendly?
it’s our obligation to you as a customer to make sure your website is visible online. So, for that reason we help you by building the website 100% SEO friendly and we use best practice on web design as requested by GOOGLE. Using our SEO Package, we will install Google Analytics for you, which will automatically record information about your website’s visitors.
Do you offer Online Marketing?
Our main goal is to help you succeed online. Using our Email Marketing Package your website will attract visitors, build trust, inform customers, and generate income. Using our Social Media Package will improve your marketing and can create a steady increase in sales.
